What are the allergens?

Mr. Sticky's® products may contain Walnuts and/or Tree Nuts, Soy, Wheat, Dairy, and Eggs. We recommend that you take the necessary precautions based on any related allergies. We currently do not serve Vegan.  We do serve Gluten Free Sticky and Cinnamon Buns, and working on a Sugar Free version!

Question 2

How do I keep my buns longer than a day?

Accepted Answer

Mr. Sticky's® Sticky and Cinnamon Buns are best preserved frozen if kept for more than two days (if refrigerated, they will dry out!)

Package your Sticky or Cinnamon Bun by wrapping your buns using either wax or parchment paper, then inserting them into a freezer zip lock bag, removing as much air as possible from the bag, and placing them in the freezer.

Frozen Sticky Buns can last for a few weeks but we don't recommend more than a month or two.  Our Creme Cheese icings are dairy products, so please refrigerate, and discard after about two weeks.

Question 3

Can I reheat sticky buns?

Absolutely!  Based on a 1000 watt microwave, heat for 25-35 seconds, or in the oven at 350 degrees for 4-6 minutes as desired.

If frozen let them come to room temperature first before reheating.

Should I Pre-Order?

Accepted Answer

YES.  Pre-Ordering is recommended for all special orders, or for more than a handful of items that we don’t normally stock in large quantities, such as Walnut Raisin Sticky Buns, Mini's, Specialty of the Month, or large amounts of anything!

Other times to pre-order would be for Special Events, getting breakfast for the office, or on our busiest days, such as Fridays, Saturdays, and the day before major holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s.  The Saturday before Mother’s Day is also especially busy!

To Pre-Order, the best method is to order online from our Website, or download our free Mr. Sticky's® app on your Smart Phone from either APPLE® or Google® Android.  Or just call us!   (We do our best to answer all calls, but If you get an answering machine, PLEASE CALL BACK, as messages may not be received in a timely manner on busy days!)

Question 5

Why are you closed on Sundays?

Mr. Sticky's® is closed on Sundays so our staff members are guaranteed at least one weekend day to spend outside of the bakery/restaurant.

Mr. Sticky's® wants to give our teams and families a day off to rest and to worship if they choose.  We find that this builds employee morale, reduces absenteeism, and helps us stay grounded so that the rest of the week we can provide the best family-friendly experience possible!

Does Mr. Sticky's® offer Gift Certificates?

Yes!   Gift Certificates are available to be purchased at the register for a FREE Original Sticky or Cinnamon Bun, or for a monetary value of your choice.   Gift certificates are non refundable and may only be redeemed at the location where purchased.

Question 7

Do you run out of buns?

Sadly at times, we do. Our buns are mixed, proofed, rolled, and baked fresh daily.  Total prep time is about 2 hours from raw ingredients to plate, so we start early and typically stop production at least 2-3 hours before the end of our day.  This is why we recommend that you pre-order so you never miss out!
